This Master’s program recruits students with an Earth Sciences and Physics, Chemistry profile in equal parts. The training is also open in M2 to students from engineering schools (in agreement with the school). Exceptionally, the Master accepts students from Life Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science and Data Processing.

This Master’s degree leads to the world of research and has enabled the majority of graduates to access a thesis. Over the years since its opening in 2004-2005, 67% of students have gone on to a thesis.
Since 2004, among the >80 graduates, the vast majority are working in the research, technology and teaching sector. In recent years, alumni from the first classes have begun to be recruited for permanent positions in the academic world after their thesis and post-doctorate.
